About skills in PvP. It's definatly not the SP you have in combat skills that will decide who will win a battle. The major things that count into this is ship setups. Sure, with more skills, you will be able to fit a little bit better equipment....

Factory Management I think it's called, it lets you control more then one Factory at a time. Same thing for science, you want as many research labs as possible :)

Yes that's true. You can trade now, however, there are no skills that improve prices and such atm. However, good skills for training is Navigation and Afterburner, which will improve the speed of your ship. And as a trader, time is money!
